Welcome to the Blue House by Whitecap's sandy beaches!

You will arrive on North Padre Island and the Village on the Greens
community. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome's spacious open floor
plan and split bedroom arrangement can accommodate up to 12. Enjoy the
sparkling pool a few feet away from your front door!

On the main floor, there is spacious kitchen stocked with everything
you will need to be able to make any meal at the house and a Keurig
coffee maker to enjoy those lovely Gulf Coast mornings. The home has a
dining room which opens into a large comfortable living room which
includes a flat screen Smart ROKU TV. The unit has a washer and dryer
available for your convenience to keep those towels dry for pool and
beach days.

During your waking hours there is so much you can do - The sandy
shores of Whitecap Beach is only a 3 minute drive! Enjoy even more
outdoor adventures at Packery Channel Park (a 5 minute drive) a scenic
spot for fishing and nature walks or head to the stunning Mustang
Island State Park (a 10 minute drive) and enjoy kayaking, mountain
biking, surfing and more! If thats not enough, there is golf either
way from you -- La Palmilla out in Port Aransas or the Padre Island
Golf Club even closer to home! It is super convenient to shopping,
restaurants, bars and local museums and galleries and is just 18
minutes from the town of Port Aransas or just 10 minutes into Corpus
Christi.

As you are settling in for the night you can find the master bedroom
on the main level featuring a king bed and private bathroom. When you
head upstairs you will see the second bedroom has a queen bed, while
the bunk room has two sets of bunk beds that are twins over full so
the kids can all be in one room together! If your group needs a bit
more space - there is also a futon sleeper couch up in the loft.
Enjoy the outdoors just steps away at the sparkling pool only a few
feet away from your front door to go for a swim or work on that tan!

Parking Notes: There is parking for 2 cars in the garage. There are
also additional parking areas in front and side that are marked as
Guest Parking, but please note that this parking is first come, first
serve. No trailers, campers, boats, watercrafts or similar equipment
will be permitted on the property at any time.
