Sleep in your car
It took a full two hours to go from front desk to having a room and a bed to lie down in. I booked this stay through Hotels.com long in advance, and I paid in advance. The staff did not have any record of my reservation and was quite rude. They wanted me to pay again at a much higher rate. I called Hotels.com support line. The hotel staff continued to argue with them profusely insisting that I had to pay again, and at a much higher rate. There were long periods when I was on hold with Hotels.com while they argued on the phone 5 feet from me. After several rounds of this, the staff finally handed me a key. But when we went to the room, it was not available. There was a handyman in there doing some remodeling. So we had to continue to wait. We waited for our room in the breakfast area and I took the liberty of helping myself to a bowl of cereal. Almost immediately, the same staf came to yell at me 'this is not the breakfast time'. Admittedly I knew that, but is he seriously giving me grief over a bowl of cereal when it took them two hours to honor my reservation. Only to give me a key to a room with ongoing remodeling work. So I left some money under the bowl and kept eating. When we finally got to go in the room, there was construction dust over everything. The room itself was reasonable for the price range, but there was always loud crashing noises and yelling in the hallway all through the night. Doors slamming, shouting, power tools, at all hours.

Don't Go There
We went to check in and our key did not work, the door was broke so they switched us to a room that the door was wide open. We walked up the stairs and there were cigarette butts every where. I asked if this was a non smoking hotel and he said yes. I said then why are there cigarette butts all over the floor. She shrugged his shoulders. There is also a sign out by the front door that has a cigarette and a line crossed through stating its smoke free. He said he was airing out the room. We went into the room and I noticed that the shampoo containers had been used they were almost empty. I said I don't believe the room was clean. He said they wouldn't give a dirty room to a customer. We arrived late. The curtains were broken so the lights from the street were coming in. We woke the next morning and I moved the curtain because I heard a lot of noise. The window was open and you couldn't shut it. The bottom was shut the top was open. Then I found cigarette butts in a cup that was moldy. In the bathroom the shower was also completely cracked and mold growing under neath the sink.

watch out for bed bugs!
it is an alright hotel for the money you pay, but with a huge BUT. I've got bitten by bed bugs. A day later I've got itching red dots in several parts of my body and it made me to panic, I thought I've got an allergy or something. I went to the doctor and he said it's a bed bugs bites.

Worst Hotel Ever
This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Service was horrible, room was disgusting, no towels, dirty bed spread, dirty tub, it just goes on and on. I travel about 7 days a month and would never recommend this hotel.
