Don’t let the photos fool you!!!
Red awning and NNY vacay handled a very serious situation in the poorest manner forcing us to stay in a completely unsafe living environment with exposed nails and sewer water backing up into the basement causing the entire hose to smell like sewage. Offered no compensation and tried forcing us to find last min housing arrangements by paying out of pocket last min on our vacation only on the terms we leave and without any compensation to find new housing last min / information or written confirmation on when the refund would be processed. I will make sure 54,000 followers i personally have and combined with my other two guests a total of over 200,000 followers on social media and streaming platforms will know of the service and unsafe living conditions we were forced to stay in. This has been the worst travel experience i have ever had. Hotels.com was the ONLY ONE to offer any type of compensation in the end. This house is located in a low income Neighborhood, quick knock up job with zero communication or responsibility accepted by either hosting or managing company.
