The check-in process was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. The listing stated that check-in details would be sent by email 72 hours before arrival, but I never received anything. There was no front desk and no clear way to contact the property directly, so I had to reach out to Expedia for help. Expedia could only confirm my booking and couldn’t provide access details. After being on hold with customer service for over 25 minutes, I was finally able to get through to the property, and I didn’t receive my check-in information until about two hours before check-in, which was extremely inconvenient.
That said, once I was finally inside, the room itself was great and honestly felt like a tiny apartment. The maintenance staff runs a tight ship and keeps everything super clean and well organized, which I really appreciated.
