Super facilities for family.
We were given the room as soon as we arrived, before the requested time...for which we are grateful to the team at IBIS Melbourne. The room was well kept and with all facilities a family could ask for Thanks to Carlos and the other front desk team for addressing all our queries. The location is also good for CBD and accessible to all facilities one would need.

Satisfactory stay at a no-frills hotel
A basic, no-frills hotel. Clean, and everything worked well -- except for the WiFi (signal was weak in my room, and sometimes I would lose connection). Location was great -- near the Queen Victoria market and the southern edge of the University of Melbourne campus.

Australian vacation
Hotel is located almost in center of main attractions,and next to famous Queen Victoria Market. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.We need to use laundry facility which was clean and reasonably priced for the wash and dry. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful with choosing short trips and giving directions. It's not far from train station and you can use a tram services for free in the city limits. Will come back definitely. Fast wi-fi .

Great place to stay
This hotel was everything you would want in a hotel. It was clean, modern, comfortable and close to Queen Victoria Market and China Town. It was also reasonably priced.

Convenient location
The location was great, close to the tram line, plenty of restaurants close by and also very close to Queen Vic Markets. The room was spacious and clean, only drawback being the fact that the room was a little dark because of the building next door.
