It was alright. Nothing special really. Don't get me wrong the property is really nice and the rooms are really nice but you can get something of the same quality for much less money. There's not a lot of things to actually do on the resort(if you can even call it that). Staff were friendly as far as i know. Rooms were always cleaned every day and restocked with whatever stuff you needed. No 'joiner' if you have one person per day at your room. If one person leaves and another person comes back later then they will charge you 1000 baht which is i guess fairly reasonable. If you bring 2 people at once you get charged 1000 baht. The location of the hotel is okay, definitely not the best. About a 20+ minute walk to bangla road(where pretty much all of the nightlife happens), but the walk to the beach is very short. I needed a taxi for my flight at 7:30pm and check out was at 12 so I had to pay for a whole extra day($145 CAD). Overall I would not stay again. Pros: Really nice property No joiner fee for one person per day Nice and clean rooms Really good breakfast Cons: Location Joiner fee for any 2 people on the same day even if they dont come at the same time Expensive compared to other places with better location

Quiet Resort Hotel
After some delay with the connection flight from Bangkok to Phuket I arrived around 2am at the hotel. Reception staff was very friendly and to my surprise I received a free room upgrade. The compound is very big, so they even offer shuttle carts to get from one end to the other. The room presented itself as in the pictures - spacious and big. Only first disappointment was the number of power outlets. none near the bed and only one across the room but need to unplug the TV. A bit inconvenient in the days of charging mobile devices. From my balcony I had a nice view to the park with birds and trees - very quiet. Trouble for me was the very hard bed - first night I didn't care too much but after a few nights this resulted in heavy back pain. After asking at reception, they immediately tried to make it more soft by putting a quilt under the sheets - nice try but not enough for me after another night I have asked again and they tried again - better but still too hard for me. Free WIFI is not stable, many times connection to the router was ok but not to the internet - annoying and costly as high mobile roaming rates might apply. The user management of the WIFI should improve - regardless of ticking "remember me" or not had to enter the credentials many times again and again - also annoying. Beside Bed and WIFI I had nothing to complain - close to the beach, 15 minutes walk to Bangla road. Not too close to the action but ok - on the other hand quiet and peaceful

Beautiful surroundings
Resort was nice but not very accommodating as one pool was closed but the other 2 pools were available which was still good but the pool we swam in didn’t have any staff available for towels or drinks in which the hotel could of made a lot more money if they had a staff member checking to see if the guests wanted to purchase any food or drinks. There was a notice on the empty bar if you wanted a drink or food to use the available phone by the pool but the phone didn’t work. Another annoying thing is that they closed the pool at 6pm and all other resorts close theirs at 10pm and it would of been nice to swim in the evening. The staff also turned off your air conditioning when they made up your room which was also annoying. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. The staff were all nice though but when we arrived there was no staff to grab our bags straight away. The WiFi really only worked well in your room and not well by the pool. The gardens of the resort were looked after well and were gorgeous. The beds were rock hard also and took awhile to get used to. Other than that we did have a nice stay.

Save your money, overpriced and old!!!
So overrated, save your money and stay at the basic hotel, the only thing that this hotel has to offer is amazing pool and beautiful massive grounds, the rest is so dated,I would say 2 star resort, bathroom is shocking, rusty old showers,no pressure, toilet don't flush properly too,a shower once again no pressure, staff isn't Very helpful,If you complain you are going nowhere, they do not careful unless you are prepared to pay extra, everything is forced and done because they only see money, shame,no love or motivation for their job or customer service.Bad breakfast, would also help if someone spoke good english,at least one person out of hundreds of staff they have working. Housekeeping girls are so loud whilst cleaning so you better be up at 8am lol and in general room wasn't dusted for two weeks or mopped around the the cubicle in the toilet. If you want anything done like lift to your apartment etc they all stand and a stare at you for the money and even have the cheek to say "tip", even though it's their job!!!!!!!! All in all bad experience, bad customer service.

The size of the property & pools are the best part
It was my first time to southeast asia and I booked this resort for the start of our trip for a couple of days to get my feet wet per say of the area and culture. I have some positives and negatives about the resort. Positives - size and beauty of the pools, air-con gym with stunning pond views, size of the property (you never felt cramped or like you were in a city), free breakfast with many food options, air-con rooms Negatives- rude staff (the night staff when I was checking out fell asleep on me and then continued to yell at me when he realized I walked away to get into my cab without finishing the checkout process and then tried to tell me that we stole 2 glasses from the room and wanted to charge me & did until I later fought the charge with my credit card company and the resort), hotel beds aren't comfortable, 1 pool towel for your whole stay The location is in a super touristy area, which isn't the hotels fault, but I was unaware of that when I booked the resort and would have prefered to be in a less busy area.
