Exceptional 10.0
The Cascais/Estoril area is quite hilly if you are not on the beach or very close to it. It was unusually hot so climbing hills in humid hot (85 degrees) weather was tough for me (I live in WA State where it is rarely humid). Beautiful area but seeing the town's outside the tourist areas are not only less expensive, great local food and really helpful nice people. It's our retirement country for sure.

Its good to stay but there no restaurant inside the hotel and we cant use the pool because they renovating the staff are very friendly, near in the beach

Hotel was very clean service was not very personal breakfast was very average continuously noisy due to building work and having to fight your way through breakfast amongst 15 plus builders every morning location not to bad unite a way from the beach but fine for us

Only inconvinience
The only down side is their were doing some construction work at the time of my stay. Woke up in the morning with massive noise but they left me a note offering to upgrade to a better room
