Hotels.com providing incorrect data
According to your booking I was to have a King bed. When I got there they had it as a double. I questioned it and they stated that your company was wrong and that you always do this that you book a standard room which is a double. To get the King it costed me an extra 160.00 euros. I have used you for almost all my bookings but your company costed me much more for what you said I got any way. I feel that this should be rein versed for it was not of my doing.

Although I had issues with the aircon and the phone not working the first night, they fixed both for the second night and I was much more comfortable. The Bed was comfortable and the shower good but would jet boiling water at you every so often which is dangerous, especially for children. Happy to recommend it for a 3 star hotel.

This Hotel is great value for money. It is ideal for anyone going to watch Real Madrid as the stadium is a 15 minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants.
