    Might pass as a 2-Star hotel, but barely

    Check in went well but the rest went downhill from that point. Once in the room decided to place valuables in the safe and go out to get something to eat. Safe was not working so on our way back in from eating we stopped by the front desk to report. They tried to fix, we stayed up until 1am giving them time to fix. Did not get fixed. Went to take a shower and found they had only left 1 towel, so again we wait. The safe was supposed to be fixed the next morning, again we wait, when it finally reached 11 am we told them to forget it until later as the day was half over. Did not have the room serviced that day as too many valuables out and no safe. They finally brought an old safe and sat it in the bottom of the closet. Next day the door handle fell off in our hand when we opened the door. One of the employees at the front desk said he would place vouchers so we could have breakfast on the 12th floor the last two days, said they would slide them under the door so we would have the next morning, that never happened. More bad experiences but no time to write more. This is nota 4 Star hotel as claimed. Wall paper is peeling off the walls. Bathroom was moldy and dirty behind the door.

    There things formed my opinion about this property: First, one elevator was functioning during a crowded period. In Addition to having to wait forever - in the event of a fire several stairways were blocked off at points due to construction.

    Very disappointing

    Waited over 30 minutes in line to check in because there was only one front desk person on duty at 3pm. Customer Service was the worst except for Phillipe who helped us to book our tours helped us book a restaurant for New Years Eve etc. He was the one shinning star in that hotel. The dinning room is too small for the amount of people having breakfast. There were long lines to get into the dinning room. In the end we gave up & stopped going to breakfast even though we had paid for it. The only thing in that hotel that was perfect is it’s location. Overall a very disappointing experience!

    The hotel was very underwhelming! The rooms were not up to par at all. I went to lay down and discovered that house keeping did not fully make the bed and left the mattress exposed. The mattress was absolutely filthy with terrible stains and over it. I actually took a picture of how discussing it was also someone had ripped the smoke alarm from the wall so it wasn't working, there were stain and scratches all over the furniture.
