Disappointed
When we checked in I went into the bathroom and noticed hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. I’m usually not one to complain but I couldn’t even step foot in the bathroom it was gross. So I called the front desk and they said they would move us to a new room. We went back down to the lobby and had to wait in a 20 minute line just to get a new room, and any other hotel probably would have upgraded our room based off finding tons of hair (looked like dog hair) all over the bathroom but we just got the same exact room minus the city view. Definitely disappointed considering I got the room for my significant others birthday so that was a little embarrassing to discover.

Service was awful
I have stayed hundreds of nights at the Westin and this may be the last. We checked in at 7:45pm and I had my kids with me so we requested cribs. After 4 phone calls, we received the cribs at 9:50. Our kids we exhausted, they didn’t sleep well and it essentially ruined the trip because they were so cranky and overtired. (I generally have very happy kiddos!) I made mention of this to the front desk when checking out and he acted like this was the norm. Simply unacceptable. I could have built a crib faster than it was delivered. I also offered to go pick them up myself.
