Uncomfortable
The mattress was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on leading to backache. I suspect it was either a very cheap mattress or ready for a skip. Raised this after the first night and they said they would look at it, but I don’t think they even entered the room: it was clean and a good location, but when you book somewhere to stay - a good nights sleep is the important part and unfortunately this completely missed the mark

Dirty place to stay
Room was dirty, had clearly not been hoovered before my arrival. Hairs in the shower. Mould in the shower. Very hot room with no aircon. No amenities, tv, kettle etc. did not have proper bed sheets so often touching the mattress.

Overall good
Good location for the Fringe. Studio was had everything required. Bathroom and shower were good. Only issues were the mattress and pillows were quite thin and not comfortable and the room was very hot. Overall would stay again as very good value compared to other accommodations during the festival.
