Hotel was great value for money. Great location and easy to get into the centre and all main attractions. Rooms were of a great standard and although no air conditioning had climate control which worked well in the recent heat wave! Rooftop bar was a great bonus!

I had the most amazing service from the front desk this morning. I left my passport in the room and left for the airport. I called on my way back to the hotel and a clerk remembered me from checkout and was waiting with key in hand when I returned. I couldn’t be happier with her great attitude and her help. She’s a young Asian girl with a can-do mindset. Amazing!!

I could not sleep because I heard some sort of industrial sound through a good portion of the evening. In the morning I realized that it was the elevator near our room which made a bang/ boom sound as it worked. I reported this to the front desk.
