Never again
The service was horrible. Customer service stated that complaints are not important. Her only concern is that she received her paycheck on time. Nothing worked, the rooms had a lot of damage, the pool was closed. I have photos unfortunately I am having trouble uploading.

Do not stay here
Where to begin. The entrance had caution tape held up with metal chairs because it was falling down!! The pool is empty with a tarp half hazard over it with lawn chairs scattered around by it. The room was old. Ice machines (yes plural) didn’t work. The parking lot was packed with cars but didn’t see people around. We attempted to contact hotels.com but could not reach a customer service representative to help. Felt hotels.com offered a dangerous hotel with misleading information and pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

How does this hotel/location remain in business
Based on the pictures on the site. The hotel/room was nothing as seen from those photographs Upon arrival after a 4hr drive, I was told there was no Wi-Fi on the property, so credit card payments could not be processed. To make payments for incidentals I’d have to use the ATM in the lobby area that charged a $3.99 fee. Room key issues got to my room, upon opening the door there was a stench like old onions that were rotted Upon surveying the room, noticed that a free dressers were missing from the night stands, chest of drawers etc. the room was also poorly lit. Picked up the phone reciever to call the front desk about the room, to let them know the stare and condition of the room so that I would be able to get back my incidental monies next day, the phone receiver came off unplugged from the phone. Called the hotel # on my cell phone and the receptionist said they were aware of the room situation and the phone was unplugged due to the unavailable Wi-Fi. The Ice machines on either 2nd and 7th flood wasn’t working either. Couldn’t sleep that night, checked out early the next morning. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!
