Not clean, slow service
Our whirlpool tub was dirty when we checked in, and we called to the front desk they said they would send someone right up. Close to an hour later no one showed up, called again then 20 minutes or so they came and cleaned it. The cleanliness of the hotel was definitely lacking, the couch cushion had some questionable stains on it. The wall paper near the shower was pealed back, looked like it may have some mold from the moisture.

Budget hotel in bad area with broken amenities
i booked on hotels.com for a king bed and prepaid one night. when i checked in they charged me for the other two nights but made no mention that they switched me to a room with two queen beds. also the house phone in the room did not work. i went back downstairs and they said that because you book with a 3rd party the room type is not guaranteed despite the fact that you paid for one night up front. they moved me to a room with one bed but it was a handicapped room. then the living room TV did not work in that room and there was a 1/2" wide hole in the duvet cover on the bed. sheets were low thread count and itchy. room safe did not work (possible dead batteries). this place is not well maintained. the area is sketchy with one homeless man who entered the lobby and smelled so bad they had to spray Febreze in the lobby to get rid of the smell. he had been in there for 2 seconds. there are panhandlers everywhere around there. also the valet parking is nowhere to be found until you park in the valet only area and they come out to tell you not to park there. the rooms were spacious but the quality was not that good and the area is in a sketchy part of town despite only being 2 blocks from the strip.

I booked a king sized bed and was given two queens when I arrived in the room. I then went back to the front desk and told them about the error. Personnel told me to wait at the bar until my King Sized bed was ready, then someone would come and get me, which never happened. I had to go back to the front desk to ask if my king sized bed room was ready...after some internal calls, i was told at the front desk the room would finally be ready.

The first room we were assigned to had no curtains in both rooms, we called and was told someone would fix it, 30 mins later we were assigned to another room. The second room had no hot water in the shower. We all had to take cold showers in such a cold day. Carpet was dirty. Overall I would only give two stars.
