Great alternative
We were originally supposed to stay at the Westin, but their system was down, couldn’t check in anyone for hours, and lied to guests. So moved us to Platinum and we were so happy. The few staff we interacted with were extremely nice and pleasant. The room was big, had all the necessities (glasses, plates, utensils, etc), was clean and did not smell. It was pretty close to the strip but the area itself had some shady characters. It was good for a night, but it will definitely be also good for a few nights stay.

Great hotel and staff!
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good spot. Not on the strip but close enough to all that we needed. Staff were awesome. Breakfast was good and surprisingly reasonably priced. Limited menu for dinner. I did like the valet service but even though you don’t have to tip, we felt obligated to ( each time you go to and from the hotel) which got to be a pain. Lastly, one of the queen beds was horrible. It sunk in the middle and my husband and I ended up with sore backs each morning. All considered would definitely stay here again

Overall the hotel was great. Very clean. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast has hot choices. Coffee is life saver in the snowing days.

The hotel was just okay, nothing stood out about it. The location wasn't the best. The room was large but cold, nothing plush about it, we have had much better!
