Terrific Beach Vacation Spot for Families

Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!

The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance.

We had a little mishap with our room at the beginning but was corrected. The infrastructure in the hotel is good, but it's right beside a construction site, so lot's of noise since early in the morning. Our room was across the linen closet, the cleaning ladies were so loud early in the morning as well, so no good sleep at all. The pool needs a good clean, specially where the sunloungers are. Congratulations to the chef, food is amazing at breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall it's a nice hotel. Needs to learn more about what Expedia is, their VIP perks and levels. No one at the reception knew nor heard about Expedia.

O único detalhe é com relação a piscinas: Nossa viagem foi no final de julho e nessa época venta frio e chove, ou seja, não deu para aproveitar a piscina do hotel, pois, não tem nenhum tratamento da água para quebrar o "frio". Questionamos a recepção do hotel sobre isso e a unica coisa que disseram que lá é muito quente e não precisa disso. Pode até ser em algumas partes do ano, mas a realidade é que estava frio e não aproveitamos o hotel como gostariamos.

Quarto com bom tamanho, mas o banheiro é muito apertado para um hotel de praia. Alimentação no buffet e no la carte são ótimas e com variedade para agradar todos os gostos. Frutas sempre frescas e doces em todos os cafés e jantares, assim como as verduras nos jantares. Oferecem serviços de caiaque e bike na praia em cortesia aos hóspedes. Talvez importante revisar a forma como funcionários recolhem os pratos das mesas no restaurante e as cadeiras de praia espalhando areia nos objetos dos hóspedes.
