I saw the mid range review and had doubts, especially considering the value, but can vouch 10/10 this location is superb and I cannot believe pricing for a single room. Management is off site and there were a few things I needed help with but the manager responded within 15 min. Absolutely will stay here again. Great style, unbelievable location and affordable prices for a hip Seattle neighborhood.

Requested early check-in and they were very lenient about it. Only issue was that they didn’t have my room ready by the time I requested, but they were still able to put me in a different one (which was only supposed to be 1 twin bed) but it ended up being the twin and and a king bed! Room was very nice and spacious, and the shared bathroom was very clean.

Clean housekeeping came each day to clean and the kitchen was nice and big rooms are different depending on the person I was tripping on the shared bathroom but its multiple bathrooms take your pick old historical build but nice clean and quit the people I came across we hit it off with great conversations plus I got the TV to work I was praised for that by bars and restaurants

Good price for the area very close to everything we wanted to do. Stayed multiple nights and found parking right near the entrance every night. Nightlife is a bit noisy but nothing crazy. The room was good bed was comfy I liked the individual sink inside the room. And the bathrooms were always available when we needed them since there was multiple.

In a really central and fun area of Fremont. The spot was great for what it was—historic chic and relatively clean for a hostel. Only complaint was that the mobile radiator put out very little heat. The huge rooms get super cold in the 30-40 degree weather and could have used thicker (or an extra stash of) blankets in the lockers.

We were booked into a King room but arrived to 2 single beds. There is no onsite check-in but contact phone number was extremely responsive and quickly moved us to a new room. But getting to have a peek at the room with 2 beds we were extremely grateful we booked a king. The single room was extremely barebones and the single beds seemsed a little rickety. Our King bed was very comfortable. Still a very barebones room but has everything you need. Shared bathrooms were very clean (pack your own toileties!). Check in and check out were super easy and the location literally cannot be beat. In the heart of downtown Fremont near shops, restaurants, water front, farmers market. The best that Seattle has to offer. Having the room be a little basic isn't a problem because you'll be out enjoying Fremont and Ballard anyhow. I will note I imagine the room getting really hot in the summer. Its an old building. Each room has a small, free standing AC unit, but I don't think that that would be enough to truly keep things cool on the hottest days.

We loved the location, and parking was fairly easy. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Our biggest issue with this property was the overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies. We opened the windows to aerate our room for several hours, but our clothes and even our personal water bottles reeked of the over saturation of cleaning agents. Perhaps the staff aren’t properly diluting what they are using.
