About Camino Real Santa Fe, Mexico City

Stylish hotel with restaurant in Santa Fe district

Kidzania park and mall

Boasting an architectural mix of marble, steel, and glass, Camino Real Santa Fe is a 4-minute drive from Santa Fe Shopping Mall and its theme park, KidZania, a pint-sized city with child citizens. More shopping and dining lie a 6-minute drive away at Paseo Arcos Bosques center.

Forest, ancient pyramid

With a 15-minute drive you can be in the dense oak and pine and forests of Desierto de los Leones, home to a former convent that dates to the early 1600s. A visit to a centuries-old stone pyramid known as El Mazatepetl archaeological site takes a 20-minute drive.

Bistro, WiFi, and sushi

Ultra-modern decor extends from a lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass windows to La Huerta, serving international cuisine, and stylish Kyo Terrace Restaurant & Bar, which offers Oriental fusion dishes. You might prefer a coffee or snack at the café after a workout at the health club, or a spa treatment to relax. Complimentary WiFi is also available.

WiFi and minibar

Soft colors accent modern decors in 300 smoke-free, air-conditioned guestrooms. A bit of work might get done while connecting to WiFi from the desk, or you might just relax with a refreshing drink from the minibar and watch the flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Camino Real Santa Fe, Mexico City
Very Good8.0
Good service and nice accommodations
The Camino Real Santa Fe, located in modern and business-oriented neighborhood, covers all needs for a relatively short trip to Mexico City. Rooms and amenities are nice and efficient. All staff provides warm and professional service. The restaurant appears a little pricey as usual in this type of hotels but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

So much potential....poor execution.
As we got up to room there was trash on the ground and multiple food trays on the floor waiting to be picked up. Once in the room the lighting had PLENTY to be desired but whatever, maybe just part of the ambiance. Water pressure on shower and toilet good but sink....not so much (slow weak drip). Internet access info they provided was not available so decided to call front desk to ask further details...except phones in the room are purely decorative (both the room and bathroom phones). Weird experience overall. Area is fantastic and hotel seems hip, modern and has plenty of potential. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again though.

Average experience
Average overall experience. Service was lacking; not as attentive or accommodating as U.S.-based major chains. Overpriced for rate paid, but that’s a condition of the market that week, and not the hotel. I’d stay here again, only if I had to die to lack of availability elsewhere.
