Unhappy with the 6 bed room not mentionned
I wanted a single room, as I expected with the web site, and it was one bed in a 6-bed-shared room !! What a surprise !! I am not happy, your website didn’t tell the truth !!!

They make a photocopy of your credit card and keep with them. Even on asking they don't provide toothpaste. The reason they site is that people have different allergies. (Really toothpaste allergy?Lol). The rooms which are shown in picture with 4 individual beds actually has 2 bunk beds. I got nice roommates so it was a nice stay.

Worst experience ever
It was the worst experience I ever had. Like all the humans I made a mistake when I did my reservation. When I got to the hotel the Asian lady at the front desk was so rude and doesn’t even speak English so hard to understand. They didn’t let me do a check in and refuse to give me a refund she was offering me another room for an extra $800 (crazy right) she gave me a number to call and talk to management the Asian I talked to another one that doesn’t even speak English well was super rude too I explained to him my situation and ask for help and he didn’t care he told me to call the third party where I got my reservation from for a refund and hang up on me!! I called him back several times and never picked up but the lady at the front desk called him once and he picked up immediately LIKE REALLY?? I called back the third party HOTELS.COM same thing rudest people they didn’t give me a refund or some credit to get a different hotel. They kept my money!! Never doing business with any of them

Don't
Dirty, 9 floors but elevator not working, you cannot get any food, no breakfast, staff is not helpful and doesn't seem to know about direct vicinity. Views are mainly on inner yards of buildings - NYC style do not the nicest view. Bad experience.
