We needed more trash bags in the room. The check in clerk wasn't very friendly at all.The room was overall nice and clean. The couch was uncomfortable but that was probably because it's a pull out.We would stay there again. We didn't come in contact with any of the service people.

Enjoyable stay
We took our first family trip to Pigeon forge and stayed here. The location is perfect and it's in a decently quiet area. It's slightly older but it's still a nice place. The breakfast was great and they had all the stuff we needed for our stay in the kitchen in the room.

Convenient place. Needs some updating, but overall is decent. Cleaning service left towels in closet. Probably in a hurry to get done and forgot to check it.

Showing its age…
Quiet, clean room, property needs attention to landscaping and aging bathroom conditions. Comfortable beds, lots is space. Doing the best they can until owners do some renovations.

A Hidden Gem
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and orderly. My grandchildren really enjoyed the daily breakfast, especially the waffles and pastries. The juice machine provided real juices, unlike some hotels that offer "watered down" juice. It is a little dated but this was more than made up by the size of the rooms and the extreme cleanliness. The exterior of the hotel does need some maintenance but I'm sure the management/owners will be addressing this at some point. Bottom line is this will be my first choice hotel upon any future visits to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas.
