London hotel rooms are small - but this one wins the prize for the smallest. I will be going back to other hotels in the area.

Pros: great location, safe area, friendly helpful staff. Cons: hotel & rooms didn’t look very much like the photos on the website. I was in room 409, bathroom was exceptionally small, if you are a 6 footer it would be a problem showering. If you are a larger person using the toilet would be uncomfortable. Room needed fresh paint & new carpet. There was no wall art, only decor was a large rock on a shelf.

Wonderful stay!
We booked the cheapest room so it is very small room — despite this the stay was wonderful! Clean, trendy, convenient location, 24 hr staff and so close to cafes and shops. Would stay again :)

All Sizzle But No Substance
i have previously been asked to review since originally I booked for 2 nights and then had to book an additional one. Hotel clean (except for moldy odor in bathroom) and attractive (though a bit twee) but room too small to place a bag anywhere but on top of fridge. Drawers of desk too shallow to be of use; no shelf at bathroom sink--had to keep all toiletries across bathroom on ledge formed by toilet plumbing enclosure.

All Fizz, No Substance
Hotel was a bit too twee for my taste. Drawers only 3" high so used my bag instead; however, the only flat surface to accommodate it was the narrow desk and top of the fridge. Would have given a big smiley face for cleanliness and condition except the bathroom smelled of mold. No room for toiletries near the tiny sink; the only shelf was a narrow ledge above the toilet. Staff as nice and accommodating as they could be except that a day later they figured out that they could replace my non-working phone with one from another room. The room was a double (bed and towels) but I don't know how we would have managed had my husband been with me. The person who designed this hotel clearly never stayed in this chain.
