new hotel
The hotel was new, clean and modern look. Desk personal were friendly and the check-in was fast. I have only one suggestion- i was on the 2nd floor above the entrance to the hotel , the shades were in Roman design and it allows me to open it from up to down. I couldn't open it half way, because my room was wide expose to every guest who may walk outside.

Modern Beautiful Hotel
I loved the hotel ! It’s very modern beautiful and clean. My kids had an amazing time and kept telling me they were so happy! Their free breakfast was amazing, bacon, sausages, eggs, blueberry and vanilla waffles, tater tots, cereal, yogurt! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My kids enjoyed the pool, the pool room was very warm and the pool temperature was okay. I definitely will be coming back! The hotel has a bunch of fast food restaurants, Walmart, and a bunch of stores all near by. I really enjoyed my stay and would def recommend it!

Worst bed ever
We had a king size bed room and the mattress was like sleeping on a piece of wood! It was so hard, I wouldn’t even use the term “firm”. My husband and I have bad backs and this was the first king size bed we have slept on in a hotel that was like sleeping on piece of wood and made it very hard to sleep on and get out of bed each morning! Also the fire alarm went off in middle of night and we ran downstairs to see what to do and come to find out it was accidentally hit!

An excellent choice for families of any size .
Front desk personal was very helpful and the included breakfast was excellent . The facility is relatively new and really well kept and climatized. Very close to The Kartrite Water Park in Monticello .

Staff was friendly, breakfast was perfect for continental. Room was clean. My two concerns is there is a back entrance by elevators that do not need to walk by front desk or have key access for. Just made me wonder. It also snowed overnight and when we left at 7:30 the parking lot still had not been plowed.
