Best hotel in Caye Caulker
Audre and her team are amazing and this is probably the best hotels for the price in Caye Caulker. The room is spacious and very clean. Wonderful shower and far enough away from the busy main strip but still only a less than 10 min walk to everything. Audre arranged a full day snorkeling tour and had restaurants to try. I will be staying at Tree Tops for every Caye Caulker vacation.

Nicely renovated and Serene
This place newlly renovated but well worth it, if you like more quiet side of town. There are bikes that are accessible and will be good transportation to see town. Audrey was informative and friendly.

Amazing hotel and amazing service!
I have to say, I así lute let never write reviews. Good or bad i usually just let it go. However I have to write a review for here. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Our room had a beach view and we loved it. It also had the most comfortable bed I’d slept in after traveling for weeks at this point. The icing on the cake was Audrey though. Not sure if she owns it or if she’s is just working there all the time but she is the most amazing host one could ask for. She was the sweetest person and was as helpful as anyone could ever dream of. I would not only stay here again but I would recommend it to ANYONE and EVERYONE who will be traveling to Caye Caulker. I have ZERO complaints about anything. It was such a pleasure we extended for an extra 3 more days.

Solo birthday trip!
Lovely experience! Audre was so good and helped get me into a tour even though I was solo travel. The room was gorgeous and it had hot water and AC so that was a plus! The hotel offered bikes but the island was so small that I just walked everywhere. The island was still recovering from the hurricane so I didn’t really go to the beach front area.

Treetops is Tops!
The Tree Tops is a great hotel; my large sunrise view had a wide deck with great views of the Caribbean , and of course also of Treetops! The team are welcoming and professional, with helpful suggestions of places to visit and snorkeling tours.

The staff was very welcoming. Allowed us to drop off our luggage since we arrived early and took them to our room when it was ready. The property is very well maintained and clean. The room was wonderful; spacious, chairs inside the room and on the front porch and rear balcony. One of the few places I found with king size beds. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The owners were extremely kind, as was all of the staff, especially Angie the cleaner (5*****cleaner). There was a risk of tropical storms on the week I was staying so the owners upgraded my room at no extra cost. The room I had chosen didn’t have a covered deck and they wanted to ensure I was more sheltered in case we did get severe weather. They provided everything that I needed in the room and also had bicycles for free use. I did take them up on it the first day but soon realized it wasn’t really necessary. As the locals say “go slow” and the bicycle was a little too speedy. The owners were also kind enough to invite me for homemade pizza one night, which was delicious. The rooms are impeccable with an amazing view of the ocean and a nice breeze for relaxing outside on the balcony. I loved it so much that I actually extended my stay for another 2 nights. You won’t be disappointed if you plan on staying at The Treetops Hotel.

Relaxing
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were awesome and very helpful. We missed having a microwave and coffee pot. Its a short walk to town. The one thing that i missed was the water wasnt clean so i didnt use the beach chairs. It might have been from the tropic storms we experienced.
