Excellent location with the beach nearby and Old Town walkable too. Our sea view was stunning. Quiet area with good area to sit outside restaurant. Rooms comfortable, pillows very lumpy, walk in shower very good, didn’t use pool as not enough seating around it. Breakfast not great quality, pancakes nice but other items not so good. On arrival there was no easy option to get your case up a few steps both at front door and from reception to lift. Staff were a little unhelpful, one or two were very good but on the whole they did not come across in a positive way. Cleanliness was very very good. Top marks to the hotel for levels of cleanliness. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but would probably have breakfast elsewhere if we returned.

Nice hotel
Hotel is situated in a great place with only a few hundred yards to the main strip and Square. Hotel is very clean and tidy with rooms cleaned every 2 days. Adults only hotel so not so noisy as others, but I will say that we had a room right above the pol area which could become quite noisy in the afternoon. We had B&B and the breakfast was a good standard. Apart from that I will be booking The Rocamar in future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Albufiera Rocamar Exclusive Hotel. I had a prime corner room with an ocean view, 2 double beds together and balcony. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with beautiful ocean views. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the spa. There was a maintenance issue with the hot tub, such that it was not hot at all. The pool was filled with water, but the water was freezing cold such that it was not possible to go swimming. Also, during a booked massage treatment, there was construction work going on right next door which dramatically impacted my ability to relax and enjoy the massage. I was also a bit disappointed with the hotel restaurant. The manager didn't allow my travel companions to eat breakfast at the restaurant (even though they were prepared to pay the 15 Euros per person) because they were not guests at the hotel. I found the breakfast menu was lacking in healthy choices (very little variety of fresh fruit, and no cooked oatmeal or grain cereal etc), and there were no pastries. However, the location of the hotel was excellent and the cleaning staff were very attentive. They replaced my wet towels every day. If you are willing to venture out somewhere else for breakfast and dinner, then the hotel was a very pleasant place to stay for a week.
