The property was in excellent condition inside the apartment everything is new inside but the whole weekend was a team of painters out side working during the day they cover our windows with plastic because of that we can’t see anything outside no event the rain, staff there is no staff this property is like a airbnb you have to text if you need something with someone without name Parking nearby $4 p/hour the guy or the girl allow us to use the parking in the property until 4:00pm only and checkout is at 10:00 am super early in my opinion for the price at least until 12 will be ok There is a lot of similar properties around the area.

there is no office to check in, but I did not know ahead, so i called them and asked the cleaning staff in the hotel, and the cleaner knew nothing, and the officer on the phone is so rude, and reject help me store my bag. Later, we accidentally met the house owner, he is nice, and later we received the call from that rude officer, and she apologied to us and nicely allowed me to check in earlier. I told her, im in the beach, and we wanna check in soon and will call her back. But when I called her for 20 times, she never replied anymore, so we just keep waiting outside.

Pros: Beautiful and very newly renovated units; the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Some nice perks like chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Keyless entry so you don’t have to worry about them. A few steps to the broadwalk and not far from restaurants and shops on the beach. Cons: No one is on site for concerns and Ely did not respond when we texted her for more toilet paper. The washing machine and dryer do not work at all; I made sure not to overload the washer as instructed on the sign and clothes still came out with stains on them. No dishwasher.
