Poor accessibility, low staffing levels, too difficult to get a cab, no ambience or atmosphere, rocks for pillows, woken up by a fire alarm-type emergency warning at 3am. Other than that, it was great.

She's a nice old gal.
PROS: Service was great throughout the stay & with all staff encountered. Room was clean. No long waits for anything, including valet, even on a holiday weekend. Good location for someone wanting to be close to the strip, but removed from the busier casino hotels. CONS: Valet was not open 24/7 at all towers & ride share pick up/drop off located in front of tower one so the 7-10 minute walk could be a deterrent for a guest with mobility issues. Issues with the lock mechanisms on the front door & balcony door. Given very few towels & wash cloths. (However, housekeeping was very generous when additional were requested.) Decor is dated as is expected for the age of the buildings & the current pricing. Some obvious wear & tear on the furnishings, but all appeared clean. Not very noisy at any time of day or night. For the price & excellent service received, would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, even though we had a couple issues with our suite. Location and quality of room was wonderful.
