Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel, restaurant, and rooms were kept clean and maintained. The pool was nice, the hot tub was down the first day, but it was fixed and running for the remainder of our stay. The restaurant provided a wonderful breakfast with a buffet option. The hotel was close to Disney, so we could walk and offered a shuttle if not. They have warm cookies every night that made our night after we played all day. I did not make it to the bar however, they had good prices and even offered mocktails thet looked fantastic. We will visit again soon.

Dated Hotel needs to be redone. If you’re just going to sleep, the bed is comfortable over all decent quiet, but the Gym is horrible. And is decor is maybe 90s early 2000 style like Tuscany Italy but not in a good way. Affordable and walkable to convention center/Disney.

This was our first time staying at a DoubleTree, and we were truly impressed from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The cookies were absolutely amazing! We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was very good. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent service. When we were asked if we wanted dessert, I mentioned that I loved the cookies we received at check-in and asked if I could have another one. Our server surprised us by giving us two cookies each! After we finished dinner, he even gave me a beverage to take with me. Those little extra touches really made our experience special. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with towels conveniently available. We take two to three Disney vacations each year, and after this experience, we will definitely be coming back to DoubleTree. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this our go-to hotel for future Disney trips!

The hotel and its staff were very nice and friendly! Came into town for a conference so was not in the room much however the beds were extremely comfortable and relaxing. I was nervous at first about possibly being loud with the festivities from the location being so close to Disney however that made no difference. The location is VERY convenient to so many excellent dining choices. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the dining staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Everyone made sure that we were well taken care of!
