A Bit Disappointing this time at the IBIS
No towels in the room - had to request Smart phone did not work initially so asked for hard copy of compendium but none available 😩 although did receive a hard copy of Room Service menu! Phones were not answered on first night ie reception/housekeeping/restaurant - had to go down to reception!!!!! to order food. No Evacuation and Health and Safety notices visible on door or in room….. Overall it would have been a disappointing stay had it not been for the mainly young and eager staff who were cheerful and wanting to help. Big shoutout to Caleb and Georgie especially 👏👏

Man at the checkin counter was a man of few words and I had to ask where and how to access my room. Room was lika hail. Valentines buffet was nice, waitress (with the red hair) was awesome. Would come back just because she was so awesome. The girl on the bar where we got breakfast seemed like she didnt want to be there.
