Weekend Trip
The hotel really is close to Roma Termini which made it really convenient to get to and from the airport via train. I was able to do a lot of sight seeing on foot from the hotel. Everything i wanted to see or visit was about a 15-20 minute walk. The restaurant food and drinks are a bit pricey so take advantage of the local restaurants and bars. The only reason why i had to dine in the hotel restaurant is because most restaurants closed at 4p [on Saturday night]. The room was enough, loved the foot sink. It was 90's all weekend, the AC was lacking in the room, but as long as you took a cold shower after venturing, you'll be fine.

Happily stay there again!
Quick 2 day tour around Rome on my way back to the states. The hotel was amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t book it for 2 nights. I thought I needed to be close to the airport for the final night, but they had a driver who could have taken me the morning of my flight! Had I not already paid for the hotel airport, I would have stayed another night. Great staff, beautiful and quiet rooms, large and yummy breakfast buffet.

Hard beds, no beds, bugs and rude staff!!!
Arriving at the hotel was a simple easy walk from Roma Termini and check in was fast and simple. I appreciated this after a long travel experience from Seattle. What went wrong with my stay would prevent me from ever recommending this hotel for reasons other than super simple access. First, the bed was so incredibly hard, it was painful and uncomfortable. The mattress was not in good condition either. Also, on the ground I noticed skinny little bugs, so I made sure to keep everything I had up. This worried me though in terms of them migrating to the bed or into my suitcase. Next, when my son and his friends arrived, one of his friends was told that his reservation was cancelled despite his proof of payment and confirmation emails. They were rude to him. Luckily they figured out their mistake and were able to give him a room. My son’s other friend had a flight delay so we asked to upgrade to a double room for one night. The woman at reception was actually demeaning saying changes are not possible. They agreed to charge us 20€ extra for a rollaway bed. When my son and his friend returned at 1am there was still no bed. So he left. The next day when checking out we paid for the tax and were charged 30€ for the extra bed that was never delivered. A few hours later I realized the overcharge and wrote asking for a refund of the 30€. The response was combative and condescending. A little customer service goes a long way. Even a simple kind apology would have been welcome.

This hotel suck no air conditioner working properly. My daughter in law left in the safe 50.00 cash and it was gone . Manager and front desk didn’t care or they did was to send us to the police station and reported that it they didn’t care at all . They never call us to apologize or give us the cash that it was stolen. I would never stay in a hotel like this that you have to worry about stealing you money or stuff.
