Do Not Stay in Room 535
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. My stay was unique in that apparently the walls between Room 535 and the adjoining room are paper thin and you can hear everything, I mean everything, every moan and groan, loud and clear. When I booked the reservation, I didn’t read any reviews that noise was a problem. One night while my neighbors were having their 60 seconds of passion, I got on line and reread review after review thinking why would no one mention the noise issue. I finally found a review that specifically mentioned Room 535. They actually changed rooms because it was so bad (and it was) but encountered other problems besides noise. But I digress. Notwithstanding this, the hotel was actually nice, the staff very nice, and the breakfast buffet delicious. One thing also to note, many reviews complained of weak A/C. I did not that that problem, because they had converted over to their heating system so there was no A/C. Fortunately, it wasn’t so hot that opening the window during the day kept the room comfortable to be able to sleep at night, but someth8ng to consider depending on how you like the temperature in your room.

Room smelled like a porta-potty. Shower head was broken. Called but never fixed. Tied it up with a towel. Air conditioner controlled by the front desk and they wouldn't lower the temp. Lift didn't work half the time. Bed was about a foot off the floor and room had very little furniture. Absolutely no place to put suitcases. DID I MENTION THE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE? Would not stay th r really again.
