We went as a 3 family group and split our stay into two, with two nights each. One family only had 2 members and their double room did not even have a bath tub or shower curtain or shower door. This was indeed the only disappointment. However, they did make up for it when we returned a few days later, and upgraded this family to a triple room at the same cost as a double room. They happily stored our luggage for the days we were away. They offered breakfast on the eighth floor which was quite nice. One night, my wife and I went up for dinner just before they closed, but the waiter was very nice and arranged dinner for both of us, which was appreciated. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful as well. The only downside was that the area this hotel is located is not very good, and does not have a lot of restaurants within a couple minutes walk. However, the in hotel restaurant on the 8th floor is quite nice.

Great service. Great breakfast.
Nice hotel. Clean and great friendly staff. You can leave your suitcases if you come early. They airout their rooms. Close to Omonion Square so this is central location. Only two blocks that we felt like they were not 100% safe but once you know the neighborhood it is really ok and just central Athens. I would stay there again!!!

Very nice hotel- quality, clean and friendly
This hotel was really nice, the rooms are very simple but decent and clean. The wifi is terrible so if you have to work and need a good wifi connection (like I did) not the best place. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING they have all sorts of foods and everything was delicious. A hidden gem of this hotel was its rooftop, they have a restaurant in the rooftop , open with the view of the whole city and a fantastic view of acropolis. The food at the restaurant was really good and really cheap. They even bring you free dessert and is an excelent place to have a drink at night and enjoy some fresh air while looking at Athens.

Disappointing Stayin long term transition housing
More than 80% of the rooms were turned into long term housing for large families. Many children playing nosily well after midnight. Very aggravating. Booked here, then told they can't take us, arranged to stay at sister property confirmed. When arrived, was told we can't stay there and sent us back to original hotel which had become transitional housing for refugee families. We are not unsamphathetic to their plight. We do blame the hotel on how they handled this. Were told the gamilies will be there thru end of 2016. They even set up school rooms in hotel meeting rooms. So beware when consider booking here. Breakfast so so, WiFi ok.
