Old motel with no elevator and outside entrance!
What a disappointment! We paid $300 for a room that should have been no more than $150! The room smelled like the water used to wash the floor was old. It was a very basic room. The woman at the front desk was counting money and never stopped to acknowledge us until she was done. There is no elevator and I am disabled. I asked for a first floor room and she said sorry you have to go upstairs. It was like a motel from 1960. I would not recommend this hotel

Disappointed
Unfortunately, this is a motel and not a hotel. All of the rooms are accessed through outside and the heat and air conditioning unit sucks in the air from the walkway to get to your room. It was very loud at night time since there were a lot of people outside of their room doors smoking pot And yelling back-and-forth at each other. Because of this, I had to turn off the heating unit because it smelled as if they were in the room smoking. part of the floor near the bathroom sags down and you can feel how uneven it is. when you sit on the toilet it tilts to your left. The sheets had tiny holes on a portion of it and had stains all over them as well . I have never stayed in a Best Western with these types of conditions.
