It is my first review for a hotel, the worst exper
The hotel is good, but the house keeping team is terrible. First, when I checked in, I found that there were two types of body wash, but no shampoo. The vanity box is too old and looks disgusting. I put the please make up my room tag, they just toped up the mini bar, but did not clean the room. When I checked out, the gentleman in the reception explained because the tag was dropped on the floor, and the staff might not know what to do and he waived my valet parking charge. Overall, the experience was OK, but I believe for a five star hotel, they can be better. After I checked out, the most frustrated experience happened, I forgot my cloth in the wardrobe, I just hanged them in the wardrobe, but when I come back to look for them on the same day, the staff told me there is no record of lost property. It is really frustrating, because I just bought the cloth for the coming holiday and they were just hanging in the wardrobe, there is no chance of the house keeping staff miss it. I know it is my careless cause the problem, but I have stayed in many hotels, this is the worst experience I have ever had.

I was impressed with every person that I was involved with at the Pullman. Front desk, valet, restaurant, housekeeping. Add to that an amazing location and a huge room and I enjoyed a rare five star experience thank you.

Breakfast was cold and scrambled eggs looked like an uncooked omelette. Room not stocked with clean towels and we had to call for hand towels and bath mat. Noisy maintenance on lift done at unreasonable hours. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
