The receptionist was awful that I could not understand her and her attitude so terrible. I believed she was lack of customer service skills. The atmosphere and condition of the room was OK

Disappointed
Do not believe the pictures on the website because they do not match the actual room. We had ants crawling in and around the bathroom and sink areas. Upon check out, we found ants crawling on our bed so who know how long we’ve been sleeping with ants. Our beds were never made up either. We would come back to the room and the trash would still be in the trash can. The front desk never told us we had to request maid service everyday or else we would have done so. Overall it was very disappointing. We expected a lot more due to the pictures.

Customer service was poor. The front desk was rude and dismissive. The rooms were in bad shape. I had to kill ants that were running around the bed as soon as I settled in.
