Don't stay in room 220
We stayed in room 220 and it was incredibly noisy. That room is apparently right above the hot tub albeit the second floor hot tub on 1st floor. When hot tub being used the motor running it was easily heard in our room. Hot tub can be used until 10pm, ugh. Breakfast was very good for prepared stuff. Room was nice just too noisy.

Funny smell.
We had stayed at a Hampton in Oregon the night before and were impressed with the cleanliness so I booked this Hampton for the following night while traveling through Reno. This one was much more run down. Our room was large which was great but it had a funny smell. We opened the windows and tried to air it out but the smell never left. The couch has stains on it as well. We were somewhat disappointed after a wonderful Hampton stay before.

Nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but also close to shopping and dining.

marijuana in sink drain and refused to clean room
Upon checking into our room we noticed a plunger in the bath room. We immediately checked the toilet and it seemed fine, but when we went to use the sink we noticed there was no stopper and that the water was not draining. We called the front desk and shortly the guy that had checked us in was now up using a different plunger on our sink and from the drain came marijuana. He continued to plunge but was not having good luck clearing it, so he told us he would go downstairs and get us another room. In a short while he called up to our room and informed us that there were no other rooms and that he would be back up to fix the drain. He did return and was able to fix the sink within a short amount of time. Next morning when we opened the drape we found out why we had been cold during the night, the maid or someone maybe who owned the marijuana had left the window open! We left the hotel around 11:45 AM the next day and when we returned at 4:00PM we noticed our room had not been cleaned! We called down to the desk and they assured us that someone would be up to clean it! Around 4:45 when we were leaving we happened to see the maid staff by the front desk and reconfirmed with them that they were planning on cleaning our room, but oh no they said they were off and going home! We reminded them of the earlier phone call that someone would be up to clean the room. They refused to clean the room by falsely claiming that a "do no disturb" sign was left out all day!
