Great Hotel - Don't ruin it!
Classic Hotel - It's a motor Inn with small rooms bungalow style rooms. It's just a cool building and layout. Nice view from the deck. The main building is confusing. They had someone graffiti paint the bathrooms? bar used to be cool to hangout in but new management ruined it. They now have two barstools? Took out the TVs? Serve premixed drinks? Are they trying to discourage that business? I just went back to the room.

Like Staying with my Friend
It was like staying at my friend's chic shack in the back. An old Motor Court transformed into a lovely home away from home. Nothing Hotel about it.

Neat 1950's hotel
This is a well kept (renovated?) 1950's hotel. It has retained its charm and the rooms are beautiful. Furnishings were of 1950's style and very nice. The room was simple and average in size (at least mine was). However, there weren't any drawers to store clothes in and no fridge. The hotel is associated with a popular restaurant next door so the food for room service comes from there, which is excellent. It's a very clean place and the service people were wonderful. The only downfall was that during the day there were people and children who kept their doors open and speaking very loud...it felt like there was no wall in between us. I'm assuming it was friends of the people staying in the rooms. But all quieted down by dinner time. There's a wonderful outdoor bar that is popular on Friday and Saturday evenings. There's also a pool that was busy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Could be Great!
The area directly around the hotel is primarily industrial, Smoke their restaurant next door was great! Bathroom electricity didn't work reported but never fixed. Pool is nice overlooks city. Rooms were updated but bathroom still outdated. Absolutely needs new sign out front, looking at the old faded one almost made me leave before entering complex, it would be well worth the spend!

Great spot
The Belmont is an easy and relaxing place to be - simple in and out - friendly staff - great pool and lawn area, as well as bar, overlooking the skyline. Nice fitness center next door is free. Clint and JP are always great at the front desk, as well as Shane at the valet stand. Really nice when people remember you from visit to visit. The rooms are nice - not luxurious, but comfortable in a retro way. All of the outdoor space is very nice, which is important to me after driving or meeting all day.
