adequate
A pretty unimpressive property from an amenities standpoint. But it was convenient and staff was efficient.

Good hotel
The room was small for 2 beds (3 people), but the location was great, and we really only used the room for sleeping. We did not take the hotel breakfast, but the cost seems pretty much in line with the numerous small restaurants in the area. Wireless worked fine, and was free. Reception was super helpful, and we were able to store our bags for several hours after we checked out and before we left for the airport, and a shuttle that the htel called for us.

quality stay in the heart of the capital.
For the traveler on a budget this is an ideal hotel.Wellington is an expensive city so the cost of this hotel was excellent.Rooms are tiny we were cramped with three of us but the room was clean, light and airy. The bathroom was super nice. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the heart of downtown. An easy walk to the waterfront and all the wonderful things Wellington has to offer. Reception staff were just great. The only downside is parking. The hotel has only about 8 designated parking spaces in their garage. When you make your reservations make sure you also reserve parking. My request for parking dint get to them so I had to park across the street in a parking garage very expensive. I will stay again.

Adequate accomodations at good location and price
This was an adequate hotel just blocks away from Cuba Street (the pedestrian walkway), the harbor, and the shopping district. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the room was attractive and clean though not large. Parking is at a premium in Wellington, but when we timed it right we could park for free on Dixon Street (side of hotel) from 4PM to 10AM rather than paying the $15.00 hotel garage fee. We did have to pay for parking during the day. There is a restaurant associated with the hotel, but so many cafés and restaurants nearby that we didn't use it. It was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
