Did not like : no ice machine, for a place that is so hot- charging for bottled water but offering tap water for breakfast only was crazy. Room floor was dirty when we got the room. Room ac: would turn off completely - it should have a timer for when we get back from activities. Took more than an hour to cool off to comfortable temperature. The hotel was lovely. Staff was lovely. I would stay again.

Great place. Very clean. The breakfast was fine. Had a room facing the water. Only a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for Palma de Mallorca - 30-mon ride. Good spot to walk along by the water, too.

Good, but not a 4 Star
We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November. The staff were extremely friendly, but it is not 4 star quality. There was no bell hop and there were quite a few extras that you had to pay for. The beds were probably the worst part. They were really stiff (the hardest we ever had in Europe, America, and Asia) and they didn't have the nice, plush blanketing and pillows. The bathroom was old and had towels that need replacing; Ours were a grayish color and worn thin. They also turned off the air conditioning which made the room hot. We were fine keeping the balcony door open, but it was not so pleasant when someone from a nearby room would smoke. Many of the shops and restaurants were also closed for the season in the neighborhood. We went into Palma de Mallorca for a few dinners. We did enjoy the bikes that you could rent for 5 euro each. There is a really pretty path that takes you into Palma. I think if someone went back in the summertime, they may have a different experience. We didn't think it was terrible, it just didn't live up to our expectations of a 4 star hotel.
