Two days
Great location. Hotel was ok. Room was nice but the beds were hard. The pull out sofa was broken, and the ice machine did not work in the room. I did not notify anyone due to the fact we was there for two nights. My daughter who is legally blind was told she could not be in the pool because she was wearing her glasses. There was also another family who was waiting on the manger because there little girl had red skin. The manger was called and we were told she could swim. Kinda put a downer on the whole trip.

Pleasantly surprised at room size and amenities.
Stayed for 3 nights in Jan. Wonderful visit. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, the washer/dryer combo, and full kitchen. Also, the indoor water park was very clean, and there was a lifeguard on duty all the way up till it closed at 11:00. The front desk personnel were top notch as well. Kim especially went above and beyond to make our visit special. They genuinely appreciated the fact we were staying there, and so we reciprocated the feeling. Great experience at this hotel. Also, visit the Tomb escape room. It was a great experience and groupon made it very affordable.

Very accommodating!!
Overall we enjoy this hotel, with the kitchen washer and dryer so you dont have to bring home dirty wet swimming clothes and beach towels AWESOME. The only thing was that the sleeper sofa bed was broke down and very uncomfortable. The hotel said they would be glad to find us another room to accommodate our family it was already late when we noticed it and had already unpacked everything and we were only staying 1 night we just said we will just deal with it but thanked the hotel for the offer.....We will be staying her again!!

Sufficient value but noisy hotel guests
Location was great! Room was sufficient for our needs ... kitchenette & fireplace was a huge plus ... only downside to our stay was that the other patrons on the floor we stayed had lots of kids running (like herds of elephants) from one end of the hall to another for hours on end in the evening ... be advised that quiet time is not until 11PM and the hotel will not do anything about disruptive/disrespectful guests until then
