Had pros and cons
Pros: Rooms were clean and well designed. Beds, pillows, and sheets were super comfortable. Showers were beautiful and big. Staff was friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was very hip and unique. Definitely geared toward a younger crowd, but I enjoyed the fun, skater vibe. Access to a climbing wall, yoga classes, and skate park. Cons: The first room I was in had roaches (I was told they spray for bugs several times a week, but some nearby construction had been causing a problem). I was upgraded to a nicer room and didn't see any bugs there. Lack of amenities. Neither room had a fridge or microwave, and the rafter room didn't even have a TV. Neither room I was in had a window. The loft room was very small with no tables (other than a nightstand) or chairs. I also kept hitting my head on the rafters. There was a really odd/unpleasant smell in the hallway to my room, but the rooms themself smelled alright. My phone charger went missing. The housekeepers were the only ones that went into my room (I was staying in the room alone). I hate to accuse anyone, but not sure what to think about that... No traditional exercise room or pool.

Nice hotel but not worth the upgraded room
Overall we had an average stay. The hotel is in a good location to the city and the room was nice but the amenities were lacking. We payed extra for a Wasatch room so we had views of the mountains, but instead got a view of the back of their iron sign with absolutely no view of the mountains. It was incredibly disappointing to find out that the "courtyard view" listed in the description is just a view of your deck with an extended wall. There was also no cable tv in the room, everything is web based and the TV is connected to the unsecure guest WiFi which was unreliable. I tried to log into my Netflix but the TV could never load a show. It was extremely disappointing to pay over 800 for 3 nights and have the things we thought we were paying for as "not guaranteed" parts of the room. If you stay here don't upgrade your room.

Definitely stay here! You won’t regret it!
This was the neatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything about the room was beautiful! And the hotel is stunning and so unique. I scored major Mom points to my 12 and 13 year old sons once they discovered the hotel included not only an indoor skatepark, but a huge indoor rock climbing area and gym. They had a photo booth with coins they gave you to have lasting memories of your stay. The evo store itself is in the hotel and so nice. It has anything you would need for any outdoor adventure no matter what time of year it is. My son asked if we can come stay once a month, that’s how much he liked it! We will definitely be back to stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone I know! My room did not have a window which I actually liked because the sun didn’t wake you in the morning. There was a window above the door with a blind so you could open the blind to get daylight from the skylight windows in the hallway.

Probably an amazing hotel if you’re in your 20s
This place is def all about the amenities which are geared towards young ppl. Not a good choice on my part for my elder parents. The room had no window, black walls and felt like a cave. The toilet was very low and their were no safety bars or architectural ledges and my dad fell and cut his arm. The staff were very attentive and supportive to his needs, but I kind of thought they would have at least offered us a discount. Nope.

Beautiful unique rooms
I loved the building. They have done a great job with renovating it. There were so many unique features. I loved the design of the room. It made it feel unique compared to a typical hotel. I just wish I had brought my own pillow, because the ones provided were too flat.

Noisy day and night. No soundproofing in the hotel room and hallways. Desolate location in industrial area. Lukewarm showers and a lack of eating options made my stay uncomfortable.
