The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean and sized appropriate. Breakfast had good variety, and lengthy times of operation. The only complaint for us is the absence of air conditioning. The website states that each room is climate controlled. However, when you arrive, they tell you 'none' of the rooms have air conditioning. Hmmm... What then does climate control mean? The room was hot even with the window open, which wasn't screened. Therefore the bugs get in to your room... This was NOT your typical Hilton quality hotel. Despite the other benefits of this hotel, we would not likely stay there again due to lack of climate controlled rooms.

Dealt with a large spider upon room entry - yikes! Good size room. Bed was lovely & comfy with ample pillows. Nice flat-screen TV. Quite hampered by scarcity of useable electrical points, having to de-plug kettle, & lamp to charge phone, laptop, curling tongs, etc. - pity I forgot to bring my 3-way extension lead! Disappointing that Wi-Fi not freely available in room.
Terrible bathrooma
I came specifically to attend a conference. The staff was unfailingly attentive to every request. The location is far from everything but the hotel, which was challenging at times. The hotel is modest but comfortable. The food is unimaginative but edible. The site is very safe and quiet. Our conference will be held there again next year.
