Seriously over priced.
It’s seriously overpriced! We paid for a deluxe room with a sofa bed for our toddler. The sofa bed was falling apart - you couldn’t sit on the end of it or it would collapse. Toddler ended up on the floor a few times. There was also no mosquito net for the poor toddler, only the parents! It was seaweed season. Who knew there was such a thing? So the beach was covered in seaweed and therefore flies, and couldn’t be used. They put on a shuttle to take you to another beach, but if you were going to use a shuttle to go to the beach, there’s not much point in paying for a hotel by the beach is there? I have been to many other regions which have an influx of seaweed and the workers collect it every day and remove it. Here there was no attempt to remove it. The food was ok, but served in a restaurant with a sandy floor. This is not like eating al fresco, you’re in a building with walls and a roof, but no floor. Anything you drop is sandy and when your toddler falls over they’re sandy too. The staff were lovely, but I wasn’t taken by the place, especially considering the price. You are far better off staying in an Airbnb on Eden Island.

Regret...
Compre to other hotels what we paid and what we got this hotel totally disappointed me. First of all, no welcome with smile on the face even though our honeymoon. Better talk to robot. No pick up service ,Dirty shower screen, no water for shower had to stand to wait with soap on whole bady, wifi often discounted, not enough beach towel, many times kayaks were not available, activity tools broken or missing part. No infomation for what kind of theme dinner. Wait for concierge for 10 min even though they know what time i check out. This hotel old but im not complain about small room, small pool or old style. Just not good enough customer service. I dont know how people pay that amount to get these service and gave them 10 out of 10??? I would not recommend this hotel. Pay more and stay the best one praslin or stay smilar level hotel on other island.

The team was very nice and helpful, the beach is beautiful and the resturant were nice. The room was a bit old and not that equipped, also had some bugs. Our experience was overall good but we felt that it was overpriced for what we got.
