View from our room is amazing

First of all the location is superb! Located on a hill overlooking a mountain side, gives you a great view. But the great pain point is that you rely on their shuttle to go everywhere. Even for getting dinner in their own restaurant you have to wait for their shuttle. We are quite disappointed by the way they acted when requested a taxi. The frontdesk staff said we have to wait atleast 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive. We are quite puzzled by that however we didn't have any other choice than to wait, while waiting at the entrance we saw many official red color taxis passing by the hotel. We hailed one and one of the employee at the entrance told us this is not their driver and their vehicle is white color. It turns out they have their own driver and vehicle and instead of calling the taxi company they always call their own driver no matter how long the customers have to wait. This is quite inconsiderate and quite greedy when you think about it.
