Great location and easy walk to dinner. Shopping very close by. Bed was super comfortable. Staff helpful. Gave us a late checkout and we left our bags for a few hours. Wish it had a bar and restaurant but we walked to one instead

Service was faultless, even got a free upgraded room. Rooms are a little tired looking but still good quality and comfortable furnishings. Room temperature was on the warm side for me and air-conditioning didnt seem to do a lot to help that.

Bang on (with escalator entrance at) Queen street. Convenient location. Supermarkets nearby. Walkable to sky tower and Ferry terminal. They keep your luggage if you have to visit By of Islands for 2 nights. Very accommodative.

I have stayed here a few times I thought it was a shame the hotel had no restaurant and at the time the lifts were out of order. Nice comfortable rooms and beds. location excellent and I thought the staff were friendly and gave great service when they were clearly understaffed!

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I have that it would have been nice to have a restaurant on premises. The location is very good.
