Close to DisneyWorld, Universal, and Outlets!
The hotel is clean, close to parks and steps away from the Outlets. We were able to sleep comfortably and we were a family of 4. We were able stay in a suite of two bedroom, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. It felt like an apartment. There are hidden fees! Check before booking. 1-There's a fee for house cleaning 2-There's a fee for receiving packages (Five dollar fee per package). I told them that it didn't mention on the Expedia Website, and told me to check their website. I checked their website and can't find anything the "package fee". The elevators a tad slow. Good News: Close to DisneyWorld and Universal. We used Uber and we didn't have a car. YOU NEED TO BOOK 24 hours IN ADVANCE FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! I didn't know that before staying, and the lady from the front desk refused to give us a ticket for the shuttle bus to the parks. We took an Uber. The bus was almost empty. She gave us a big story about how the bus was "Full". The Expedia website doesn't list these small details, that can impact your trip. According to the Staff, they told me they "told Expedia to mention about the fees." But, I don't believe them.

Good 6.0
We loved it at first
I came in as an Expedia VIP, using my points to treat my family for all the traveling I do, plus it was our anniversary. The front desk upon our arrival was very kind. He gave me a VIP discount card etc. I was pleased as some of the reviews I read were horrid on customer service (wait for it). The 3 bedroom suite was beautiful, clean and great view from the 15th floor. Pool was beautiful. I jumped in and jumped out as it was pretty nasty with litter (bunch of creamer cups), grass etc. granted there is a lot of activity, but the main attraction should be cleaner, but not the Biggest deal. We were wanting to go out that night but was wiped out from the drive and swim. Everywhere you look, they talk about Frankie’s pub and room service, sweet! My husband called and was immediately shut down by the gentleman on the phone, saying they were too busy at 8:00pm (it states to be open way later) for room service??? Excuse me, what??? We looked down at the restaurant and no line or activity going in or out. Luckily I don’t drink and was able to drive to Wendy’s. Could you imagine if you just got loopy at their pool bar and they tell you this. Wow! We are forgiving so the next day I go to Frankie’s to get my free VIP drink. We stood there for several minutes, it wasn’t busy, but the one waiter was helping a family of 5. He looked at us, no greet, choose a table or anything. Completely ignored. Horrible customer service. We left. We went to the store, same pluse the help was smoking!

Poor 2.0
I urge all of you do not waste your time and money coming to this resort. All the appliances were outdated. The refrigerator broke and ruined my groceries, the microwave was rusted on the inside , there was a leak in the ceiling right above the shower. The staff, they were ok it was the managers that I had issues with they really didn’t care. Had to fight to get money back for the groceries we lost. I went with my wife, who suffers from lupus, and another couple that was 6 months pregnant and a 2 year old boy. So 4 out of 5 them suffer from Gluten, Nut and dairy allergies. So no need to say that the food is expensive to tend to these needs, ( may I add that we found almonds under the dining room table after the second day , luckily we spotted them before the 2 year old did who suffers from severe nut allergy). I can keep on writing but I simply just don’t want to waste my time because if the Managers Jonas and Rafael didn’t care and the front office manager Malley didn’t even show his face and not even a phone call, don’t waste your valuable time for vacation and money at this resort and or any resort affiliated with them and I never write reviews and I also go on 3 to 4 trips a year and this is by far the most disgusting and unprofessional experience I ever had to deal with and I have been to third world countries. Lake Buena vista never again and we will tell everyone about our experience.

Poor 2.0
horrible experience
we booked this hotel via expedia based on the expedia reviews on this hotel. I think expedia gave the high rating for this hotel without proper feedback . Our stay was very terrible and disappointing in lot other ways. First the unit itself was so damp with wet small all aound. Bathroom toilets were dirty and very old and broken . The unit seemed to be not cleaned well even though our request to clean as we have allergies. The beds were having stains all over and almost everything in the unit is outdated. We had to talk to expedia and checked out next morning to move to other hotel. In the hurry we forgot our car keys in the room and it appears that house keeping lost our keys instead of saving them . We called almost every hour and requested a thorough check up but hotel ignored all our requests and got only one answer that they cannot find the keys . The management at this hotel is not committed or responsible or do not care if you are needing any help or unfortunately like us lost the keys. They will not return the phone calls. THey also charged us the 2nd night even though our request for late check out for 30 more mins instead of 11am we checked out 11:22am. This is one of the horrible worst experience we lost our time in Orlando and also money by booking this money and last but not least our car keys. they are very bad at finding why it is lost or may be lazy to even follow up or track it down. Very bad and I will warn anyone to be careful or think over before choosing

Great resort very clean and mostly friendly staff. Some communication would have been nice on the giant pirate ship pool on property. We checked in Monday and didn’t hit the pool till Wednesday and were never informed that area would be closed for repairs that entire day. A heads up and we would of rearranged which day was for pool lounging. Check in is nice until you are told to get your WiFi password from a seperate counter so that person can persuade you to listen to a ninety minute timeshare presentation for a few dollars off a park ticket. I’m no stranger to this and immediately told the lady I was not looking for high pressure sales just wanted a relaxing vacation, I was nice about but the lady was offended. Went on to tell me how Disney does it too and Disney is no better and she had been doing this 38 years so whatever and on and on. She was nasty and rude. I reminded her I said. Other about Disney Nan’s was simply not interested. She continued to be rude and threatened not to give me my WiFi password until I requested a manager then she said whatever again and slammed my WiFi password on the counter. The rest of the staff was great and pleasant. Overall a great experience, but expect a pushy high pressure sales lady to rudely tell you she isn’t a high pressure sales lady while trying to highly pressure you into a time share for your WiFi password. Lol.
