We would stay again!
Everything was great! The only drawback is the parking situation for large vehicles (e.g., moving truck with car carrier). The parking is very limited for oversized vehicles and there is no way to turn around. We got in very late and the desk clerk was very helpful with information about getting food delivered (and it was very tasty too). We had a king suite -- very spacious and two bathrooms. Great value!

Protein needs to be added to breakfast bar. A handout map for departure would be helpful. The bridge going in was one way. So glad we had mapquest.

Clean, Safe and Comfortable with Free Breakfast!
All in all, a clean, safe and comfortable hotel! Check-in was a breeze. They offered us a luggage cart and were informed of the many entrances and parking options. Vending machines and ice were provided at the halfway entrances by the elevators. The room had a big King size bed, and we were able to park our car just outside the room. We were provided with a mini-fridge, a microwave and a TV. The shower had a big rain showerhead and curved curtain rods. Toiletries were beyond basic, and we even got mouthwash! The breakfast area was rather small, but cozy. Good food, not a lot of home-cooked hot meal options (only had scrambled eggs and gravy) since it was a Thursday morning, but enough cold cereal and oatmeal, plus the waffles to satisfy us. Yogurt was available but no fresh fruit. A selection of juices from a fountain, but no ice. The coffee area was also rather well-stocked, with coffee, decaf, hot water, all kinds of teas and hot cocoa plus creamers, sugar, sweeteners and honey. They had to-go hot cups with lids and sleeves and stirrers. The area was kept extremely clean. The only thing is the entrance from the street is rather tricky. You can miss it if you don't pay attention (we did once), as it is a one-way narrow street, and just next to the freeway. Also, you have to go out the other way, again as it is a one-way street. Hotel is close to all kinds of stores and businesses, as well as the University of New Mexico.
