The stay was nice the only thing I can say was that there was a big burn hole in the carpet by my bed. When asked to transfer rooms was told no. This was in a non smoking room because me and my husband do not smoke.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
ONE WORD: HORRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. IT BECOMES VERY NOISY AT AROUND 9 PM AND GETS LOUDER BY THE MINUTE. THE MUSIC IS DEAFENING. IT ACTUALLY MADE THE ROOM SHAKE. AT AROUND 10 PM, WE PICKED UP OUR THINGS AND LEFT AS FAST AS WE COULD. THANKFULLY WE LIVE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY (45 MINUTES AWAY) AND WE WERE ABLE TO GO HOME THAT SAME NIGHT. WE WERE DOWN THERE TO HAVE DINNER WITH FAMILY AND DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE HOME THAT NIGHT. WE DID ANYWAY. LENGTH OF STAY IN THE ROOM: 2 HOURS. RAN OUT OF THERE. THE FRONT DESK HAD A CLERK THAT APPARENTLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING. THERE WERE ONLY TWO GUESTS CHECKING IN IN FRONT OF US AND WE HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES, MAYBE MORE, TO GET TO HER. THE ROOM HAD NO WINDOWS, NOT MINIBAR, JUST AN EMPTY REFRIGERATOR AND KITCHEN UTENSILS. MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THIS NIGHTMARE, GO FOOD SHOPPING FIRST.

AWESOME hotel with AMAZING customer service!!!!
This place was AMAZING and the staff was just as incredible. They were BEYOND helpful and we couldn't have really asked for more. The beach is legit steps away and there's a really cool park (not a children's park) across the street. It's smack dab in the middle of everything, so if you are looking for a true south beach experience, try Congress suites!!!! P.S the rooftop pool and bar is great, it's so beautiful with plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. P.P.S if you choose this hotel, definitely see if Jean is working, he was SO helpful with awesome customer service and knows all the hot spots in miami! I miss this place already :-( We will definitely be going back.

Big mistake!
Grossly overpriced. NOISY! Lack of adequate security. No security latch on front door and latch on balcony door was broken so someone could easily come into the room. Man followed us in few m the street and got off on the same floor pretending he was looking for the room next to ours. No phone in the room linked to the front desk. Rooftop pool area small unkept elevator area near the pool smelled like vomit. Don't be mislead by description and photos. It is not a "resort."

Convenient but noisy and dirty
This hotel has convenient location to the beach and great price for the room amenities. Free poolside happy hour also adds a nice touch to mingle and meet people. However, the room did not have a pleasant odor so did the refrigerator otherwise it was nice and tidy. The bed wood framing has to be the worst design. It extends far past the mattress and is on the way to the restroom. I lost track how many time I smashed my shin and ankles against it. Another very unpleasant feature is alley to enter the building. Late night it gets flooded by restaurant cleaning downstairs and it is absolutely disgusting and no way around it. Last negative thing I'd like to note is the noise. One it's some loud water flowing somewhere behind the wall non-stop all night. Next, is the construction right outside the window that starts at 4am. If you're looking to get restful night sleep and bruiseless legs, this is definitely not the place to be staying.
