Must be kid friendly
Kids running up and down hall, unsupervised in pool, main issue. Beds very hard.

Ok hotel, excellent staff.
The staff were very accommodating. Room was decent but in need of some repairs and bathroom needed a really good scrub down. My one complain was security, kids were running up and down halls and stairways all hours of the night. Made it hard to sleep when we had early mornings.

Hotel room was not bad. However, their continental breakfast consisted of all broken waffle makers, stale cereal, and toast with jam that spilled out of the package like water. I took three muffins and got my kids out of there right away as it was also very small with a lot of people. The pool was so dirty that your hand was a distorted blur 6 inches under the water. We heard thump thump in the hallway thinking teenagers were running around, but to our surprise it was a two year old girl. Sound echoes!

Usually pretty satisfied every time we stay, would be nice if the continental breakfast stayed open until 11am and not close at 10am Swimming pool was pretty gross, lots of salt or something in the water and lots of floaties in the pool which was gross, definitely need some proper regular maintenance done on that pool.

Great staff, terrible facilities.
The staff at the desk were great. We were checked into a room that we requested quickly and efficiently. The carpet was so dirty I didn't want to take off my shoes, the bathtub silicone was peeled back and there was mildew and mold around the taps and seals, there was no alarm clock and no toiletries in the bathroom. There was a massive birthday party that had totally overtaken the pool and waterslide so we went for a quick swim in the afternoon before that started but we're not able to enjoy it otherwise. The pool facilities were absolutely awfully kept. Rusted broken pipes, flooring was peeling up and slimy and moldy. The air intake fan in the pool area had old balloons tangled in it, open drywall mud all over the place and a gross dirty towel cart which was blistered and rusted and dirty. Although the hotel was no where near full, they checked someone in to the adjoining room to ours. They were loud and obnoxious for hours- after being woken up multiple times I called the front desk and they said that they would call the other room. They also said that if the neighbours didn't quiet down that they would move us. To which I replied "uh, NO. If they don't quiet down THEY can move, I'm not moving my 4 and 6 year old at midnight." We went to the breakfast room which was clean and seemed to be well attended. My only issue was that they had the juices in juice jugs without lids and they were self-serve and full of fruit flies.
