Golf days, village nights, mountain views

Set on more than 500 acres of the historic Otero Ranch, this Spanish Colonial style resort keeps the pace easy with big mountain views and a peaceful setting. Stables Ranch Grille anchors the social scene in an original 1700s stable, where Southwestern flavors meet a stone-fireplace dining room. When the day needs a reset, the outdoor pool setup includes a main pool plus a dedicated lap pool.

We so enjoyed this property. Staff was amazing and we loved our suite. The only downside was the limited dining. The one restaurant has a limited menu and due to the location outside deliveries aren’t really an option. We plan to return soon.
