Stay was okay, it was an improvement from the red roof in I stayed in at lookout mountain. Room was well laid out, and had decent space for my son in the pullout and my little one in a pack n play, wasn’t any extra spare towels or TP so had to go to the front desk on several occasions. Upon initial inspection I did find a small roach behind the mattress. And killed it, after driving 8 hours and unpacking an entire vehicle I didn’t have the energy to to my wife. Sink had mold at the attachment point. And the floor was slightly dusty. Other than that everything else was good, and the breakfast was great. Parking is okay, best to park in the front.

We changed rooms 2 times within the first day. Couch in first room was very stained and tub wouldn’t drain. Second room, the air wasn’t working making it very hot. The third room did not have a tub stopper. There were no extra pillows when I requested a couple for my kids.

Okay for one night passing through.
When we arrived, there was no one at the desk for at least 10min. There was another couple there trying to buy food from the market. The front desk lady was delivering things to other rooms, which I understand, but at 8pm there should have been someone else around. The worker was super nice, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Once in the room, the A/C wasn’t working. We messaged saying that the room was warm and were told it would be forwarded to maintenance. We never heard anything more to fix it, so we dealt with it for the one night. Found a roach in the bathroom. Fold out couch bed was very thin and you could feel the springs in the mattress when you slept.

Don’t stay here.
Beds and pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. My body hurts all over. Check in staff was incompetent and I was double charged for my room. I was instructed to insert my card in the device for the purpose of incidentals but it charged my card.
